Empire Mode intends to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible founding products. Requests should be sent through the support channel listed in your onboarding email.
Merchandise
Limited-drop merchandise may be fulfilled by third-party print partners. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported quickly with order details and photos.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when payment processing is live. Waitlist signups do not collect payment.
